Extensive architectural finishing across the engineering campus of Prince Sultan University.

This was our largest single scope in the Riyadh Region — cladding and facade work, decorative marble flooring set out to complex geometric patterns, and architectural finishing across a full engineering campus, delivered as finishing contractor to main contractor Hadeem Contracting Co.

The scale of the site — large enough that our project management and technical services capability had to programme finishing, cladding and flooring trades so none blocked the next — is what our project-management content elsewhere on this site draws on as its working example.
