Ashlaar achieved its position in the finishing works of buildings across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over a short period of time, through a highly skilled team of workers and a professional management team. In the last few years the company has advanced rapidly and effectively across numerous projects.

Ashlaar specializes in finishing on governmental and commercial projects. We deliver several turnkey projects and provide comprehensive finishing services and core solutions to the construction industry — across planning, estimation, design, construction and maintenance — ensuring all scope of work is carried out in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Team & values
We have a professional management team including project managers, architects and civil engineers with 25+ years of building experience, supported by skilled workers and foremen, and our own equipment and tools. The company is well aware of safety, quality, technical and programme standards.
How we work with main contractors
More than half our published project record — 11 of 19 projects — was delivered as finishing contractor to a main contractor rather than direct to the building's owner: 5 for Hadeem Contracting Co. (the university campuses at Al Kharj, Huraymila and Muzahmia, the Institute of Public Administration, and Omron General Hospital), and 6 for Consultancy Group (Marina Mall Dammam, Al Obeikan Bookstore, Badiah Mall, Olaya Mall, the Drug Control Department Tower and the Public Health Unit).
That relationship shapes how we run a project as much as the finishing scope itself: our programme has to sit inside theirs, our submittals and QA records have to arrive in the format their consultant expects, and our site team coordinates directly with theirs rather than working in isolation.
