What helps us respond well

A short brief is enough to start. If you have them, tell us:

  • The type of project and the city — for example a villa in North Jeddah, or a mall fit-out in Riyadh.
  • Which trades are in scope: finishing, facade and cladding, MEP, structure, or supervision.
  • The stage you are at: still in design, out to tender, or already on site.
  • Drawings, a bill of quantities or photographs, if you have them.
  • The main contractor or consultant involved, if there is one.
  • The date you need the work to start or finish.

You can also send photos and drawings on WhatsApp if that is easier than a form.
